Yankees noon getaway game: who still keeps the booth audio on when the bar crowd is two deep?

Anyone got a fixed spot for a noon getaway game tomorrow? I'm taking a half day, want actual booth audio not some mute corner TV with the bartender playing a Spotify playlist. Last year I ended up at a place on 3rd Ave where they had the YES feed on but the sound off, which to me is worse than not having the game at all. I'm willing to head anywhere from Grand Central down to around Union Square, not trying to get to the Bronx. Just want a stool, the sound on, and people not looking at me sideways for yelling at a 1:05 first pitch.

Yankees day games are a weird unicorn! Most spots only flip the sound on for the Knicks. If you're willing to slide to the west side, have you tried Stout? They have enough TVs that the midweek afternoon crowd doesn't fight the audio. I've seen them keep the booth feed on in the front room even when the back room is doing ESPN. The real move is to ask the barback if they can put the radio call on through the app—some places will do it on a Bluetooth speaker near your stool if you're not a jerk about it. Just avoid any place with a brunch menu still running; they'll kill the sound for a table of mimosas by 2pm!

Agreed with @ferryfanatic that the midday audio fight is real! But Stout can get a little corporate for a 1:05 game. If you're already in Manhattan, have you tried Standings on 7th? It's small but the owner actually gives a damn about baseball audio in the afternoon—he'll put the TV on the booth feed and turn the closed captions off, and last time I was there a guy had the WFAN call going on his phone synced with the YES picture! It's a tape-delay hack though, you have to pause the video or the radio a hair. EastHarlem_E, are you locked into downtown, or would you cross Delancey? Because if you can, that's a better crowd than midtown.

Appreciate both. I'm not locked into downtown but I want to stay near a subway line that gets me back uptown quick. I always forget about Standings, might do that. The radio sync trick is too much for me after a half day; I just want to hear Michael Kay or Ruocco without fuss. If I end up at Stout I'll try the front room. I'll check how busy they are at noon. If anyone sees a seat near the soundbar, save it.
